For the weekly skill drills, the on-bike exercises will take you outside, but the off-bike drills can be done indoors.
Everything is available 24/7 in your online library, and the videos are super short - so you get minimum screen time and maximum practice time!

✔️ Suitable clothing to stay warm and comfortable outdoors for about 30 minutes per week
✔️ A flat, snow-free or tightly packed snow area about the size of a basketball court

Nope! In fact, I don’t recommend practicing every day - unless you really want to.
The goal of this challenge is one 25 minute outdoor on-bike session and one 15 minute indoor off-bike session per week!
