My approach focuses on breaking down each skill into manageable, step-by-step drills that align with how adults learn best – allowing for faster and more sustainable progress.
For shorter or less physically strong riders, I’ve incorporated specific adaptations and tips to make the techniques accessible and achievable. Whether it’s adjusting body position, leveraging the bike’s geometry, or modifying the timing of movements, these tweaks are designed to accelerate progress while reducing frustration.
The goal is to create a safe and empowering learning environment where every rider – regardless of height, strength, or bike type – can build confidence, master foundational skills, and achieve their riding goals more efficiently.
No special equipment is required, but flat pedals and flat-soled shoes are highly recommended for safety and control while learning.
