Not at all! This course is designed for everyone, regardless of your experience level. Whether you’re a total beginner or someone who’s dabbled in yoga before, the poses are accessible, easy to follow, and tailored specifically to the needs of mountain bikers.
The sessions are short and effective - each follow-along class is approximately 30 minutes long, but you can also mix and match your own lessons, as already 10- 15 minutes will show results .
So you can easily fit this training into your schedule, whether you ride regularly or have a busy lifestyle. Consistency is key, and you’ll see noticeable results even with just 3 sessions per week.
You don’t need much! A mat, a strap (or a belt), a couple of cushions, blocks (or books) will be helpful to support your poses. Everything else can be adapted using items you already have at home.
