What is one Feedback Loop?

One feedback loop is a complete practice-coach–practice–coach cycle.

Per feedback loop, you can:

  • Submit up to 4 videos

  • Maximum 40 seconds per video

  • Cover up to 2 lessons or topics

You’ll receive detailed video feedback and/or corrective exercises.

After that, you have up to 2 weeks to:

  • apply the feedback, and

  • send in one follow-up video showing your corrections.

That follow-up closes one feedback loop.

When you sign up on this page, you receive 10 feedback loops in total.

Your credits never expire — you can use them whenever it suits your training.

How Does Delayed Video Coaching Work?
